How long until I get my order?

Under 5 minutes after payment, with nothing to do. If you still have nothing after a quarter of an hour, open a ticket on Discord with your proof of purchase.

How do I cancel a subscription?

From the payment customer area, using the email address you paid with. You keep the perks until the end of the month you already paid for.

Do I need to be online to receive it?

No. The order goes to your account and waits for your next login.

Are purchases refundable?

No. All payments are final. A refund request or a payment dispute leads to a permanent blacklist from all our services.

I already have a rank, do I pay full price again?

No. The Upgrades aisle only charges the gap between your current rank and the next one.

Can I gift a purchase to someone?

Yes. Every pack has a "Gift" button that asks for the recipient's username, and the order is delivered straight to them.

My child wants to buy something, what is this?

Craftok is a multiplayer Minecraft server. Playing on it is free and unlimited. Purchases only unlock comfort and customisation. The revenue pays for the servers and funds new game modes.

Note for parents and guardians

We understand that the idea of your child buying something online can be worrying. Here is the explanation in a few lines.

Craftok is a multiplayer server on the game Minecraft, independent and with no connection to Mojang. Playing on it is entirely free and unlimited. A purchase in this store only unlocks extra content: your child gets more features than the default rank, which makes their experience more enjoyable. Nothing sold here is needed in order to play.

The revenue from these sales first covers our running costs, such as server rental and hardware. What remains funds the development of new game modes.

Refund policy

All payments are final and non-refundable. Any refund attempt or payment dispute leads to a permanent, irreversible ban from all our servers and from every platform connected to Craftok.
